The spot where we were supposed to camp but ended up just leaving.
The park itself looked nice lots of boat spots and pavilion beautiful view. Unfortunately very soggy for the lower spots.
Very nice little park with some good views. Has a few trails plus a waterfront area where you can swim and boat. Recommend you take a look. Unfortunately, like other state parks, you will need to pay a fee to enter unless it's outside normal hours.
This park and camp has to be the cleanest one I have ever been to! I cannot say enough about this place! Even though there were dogs at every campsite around us but not once did I hear any of them barking in the middle of the night. I also love how small the park is. Every campsite is a premium site! There are no words for the sunset we had all three nights. I would recommend this park if you have small kids also. We will definitely be back!
The BEST Place to camp off of Route 12. The staff are so kind and responsive, firewood is reasonably priced, and the views are incredible. Lots of boat launches if that's you're kind of thing.
Very cute campsite! Great for families or people camping with multiple campsites. The sites are close together and some have little to no shade. Overall a good experience šš
We camped on a spot on the river with a view of the 1,000 Island bridge in the distance. Many spots although not right on the water can still see it. Sites were not packed tight. Nice park. Restrooms were clean.
Beautiful park, quiet and clean bathrooms/ shower facilities. The beach is beautiful only problem we found was that it was very shallow and this year there was alot of vegetation and green algea. We walked out a good distance and the water never went above our knees. Hesitated going farther because the algea was getting more prominent, so decided to just have a water fight at out camp site. Several campers did not have their dogs leashed and would walk them over behind the shower house to relieve themselves and then not pick it up. The shower house was right next to our site.
First time camping at Grass Point, and we were not disappointed!!! We found this place to be perfect and enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Amazingly beautiful small state park overlooking the islands on the St Lawrence Riverā¦Large campsites, pet friendly, brand new playground, cute beach and swimming area. Not only did we camp here but so did several family and friends that came up for our wedding. We were able to utilize one of the pavilions for a small wedding receptionā¦.the most gorgeous sunsets we have ever seen gave way for some amazing wedding photosā¦.Will happily be revisiting!!!
